Woodsmoke Dirty Mud

This rub has been developed to caramelize and give steaks a nice color by grilling over direct heat. If you want to make pulled pork, Dirty Mud can be used as the first layer of spice, then sprinkle with Backyard Barbeque as the second layer. For a brisket use only Dirty Mud and a little extra salt. Dirty Mud gives a nice golden brown color when marinating. Spices include black garlic, which produces a soft and rounded garlic flavor.

Suitable for:
Poultry, pork, veal, beef, lamb and game.
